The first step of the homebuying process is taking Homebuyer Education! Learn how to determine which mortgage is right for you to what to expect on closing day. This two-part Homebuyer Education series is led by HUD Certified Budget/Housing coaches who will make sure you're prepared for the biggest purchase of your life. 

 Homebuyer Education is $75 per household and there is no income limit for taking this workshop. Scholarships are available for households that qualify.
