With grant funding from various Federal and State sources, HP provides a tailored package of assistance that may include Financial/Rental Assistance; Security Deposits; Rental Application Fees; Moving Costs; Housing Navigation/Search/Placement; Landlord Incentive Payments; Case Management Services; Eviction Mediation (Landlord/Tenant); Legal Aid/Services; Child-Care; Transportation Assistance; Targeted Supportive Services; Financial/Budget Counseling; and Linking/Referrals to most community agencies and resources.
